Our elected Republican and Democrat contemptuous enemies of The Constitution do this to BUY votes from their Party's CHOSEN special interest crony voting blocs and "the masses" using the wages and salaries of The Middle Class promising "the masses" and their chosen ones to usurp powers and spending that they are NOT ALLOWED or granted under our Ninth and Tenth Amendment supreme laws of the land, which were drafted to protect our wages, salaries, property, individual Rights and Freedom from "the masses" and FROM a "representative Democracy". The Founding Fathers researched the World history of all of the nightmarish forms of government and found that a "representative Democracy" was the most horrendous above all, always ends up in pure Socialism and corruption and was to be avoided at all costs. This is why we have an Article IV Section 4 "republican form of Government" which is guaranteed to each of our home Countries. Our Ninth and Tenth Amendments are THE LAW which We The People "ordained and established" upon our elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights to "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity". (Source: Preamble of The Constitution) We have a "republican" form of Government to protect each of us from the IRS STEALING our wages, salaries and property, under orders by our elected Republican and Democrat enemies, so that they can BUY their seats at the altar of power from "the masses" and in the process bartering away our individual Rights and Freedom. The following is from Federalist #10 by James Madison: "Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths. Theoretic politicians, who have patronized this species of government, have erroneously supposed that by reducing mankind to a perfect equality in their political rights, they would, at the same time, be perfectly equalized and assimilated in their possessions, their opinions, and their passions." UNDER THE RULE OF LAW, Our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws, our elected and wannabe elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights, during the campaign season, can only promise us the eighteen spending items We granted them under Article I Section 8, so that our wages, salaries, property are protected from the IRS and our individual Rights, economy, and the individual prosperity of the common workingman/family is protected from "the masses", from a "representative Democracy" and from THEM. Amendment 9 - Construction of Constitution. Ratified 12/15/1791: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Amendment 10 - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791. Note: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." <--- This refers to the eighteen powers and spending itemized under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution. Now you know why we DO NOT have a "representative Democracy" but rather an Article IV Section 4 "republican form of Government" which restricts all Federal powers and spending to eighteen items, with the balance to be handled and/or paid for by our home Countries or the people. - Capt.
